Myths about the Tech Industry in Ukraine
To make it more entertaining, we’ve collected a couple of myths about the Ukrainian developers and added them to the whitepaper.
Business Communication in the Tech Industry in Ukraine
Business communication in the tech industry in Ukraine strongly resembles business communication in Western tech companies. One of the major differences is that, at first, the Ukrainians who work in tech can be reserved. So it takes a little time for them to open up but when it comes to day-to-day work, the Ukrainian tech specialists discuss progress and challenges openly.
In small Ukrainian tech companies, people use informal and semi-formal communication style. Middle-sized businesses in tech are prone to use a semi-formal style of communication in day-to-day life.
